Instance Details: (Date and Time subject to change) M3 (US South) - June 4, 2021 10:00 PM ET - 6:00 AM ET *note time change *
Reason for Maintenance: M3 Instance will be moving physical sites from Dallas, TX to IBM Cloud in Washington D.C.
Impact During Portal Maintenance: The following services will be unavailable during this maintenance window: Admin Portal, Web services, New Enrollments, End User Portal, Cloud Extender Functions (Actions initiated from the portal UI, re-enrollments, Shared Device New user AD sign in, AD/LDAP Functions) and Admin portal AD/LDAP Authentication.
Impact Post Maintenance: The SMTP server for M3 will change IP addresses after site move. If customers have the IP address in the SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record, there may be impact. Customers should use domain name for the MaaS360 mail relay details. Domains are: maila.m3.maas360.com and mailb.m3.maas360.com
