Update - The week of June 7th 2021, the M3 (US South) MaaS360 instance experienced instability post the site move on June 4th. Unfortunately after extensive troubleshooting efforts conducted by the MaaS360 team, the site remains unstable. As a result of the instability, the site will be moved back to its previous location on Saturday June 12th 2021. The maintenance window will be posted on Friday June 11th. Until the switchback is completed on June 13th, the site is expected to be intermittently unstable.

Reason for Maintenance: M3 Instance will be moving physical sites from IBM Cloud in Washington D.C. back to Dallas, TX

Impact During Portal Maintenance: The following services will be unavailable during this maintenance window: Admin Portal, Web services, New Enrollments, End User Portal, Cloud Extender Functions (Actions initiated from the portal UI, re-enrollments, Shared Device New user AD sign in, AD/LDAP Functions) and Admin portal AD/LDAP Authentication.

Impact Post Maintenance: The SMTP server for M3 will change IP addresses after site move. If customers have the IP address in the SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record, there may be impact.
