IBM MaaS360 has 5 customer instances and the information below defines services based on the individual customer instance. (M1, M2, M3, M4 and M6) If you do not know which instance your customer resides, it is based on the first number of you billing ID. Start with '1', then the customer resides on M1, etc..

Scheduled - Relay Instance specific date and time details:
US MEG Relay – April 11th, 2021 11:30 PM ET - 11:45 PM ET

Reason: US MEG Relay will be moved back to Primary site, post issue from April 6th. Minor impact may be seen due to customer and internet DNS TTL (time to live) settings, possible DNS resolution errors may be seen. Minor impact is expected to clear between 15 - 30 mins.

If customers experience impact during this window, the customer can reboot their own MEG relay server to resolve impact immediately.
