Scheduled - During this time, customers who have their MaaS360 tenants on the M3 instance (MaaS360 portal ID starts with 3) will experience a temporary downtime or limited access to certain features. M3 (US South) – 30th January 2025 09.00 PM ET – 31st January 2025 09.00 AM ET
Impact During Portal Maintenance: The following services will be unavailable during this maintenance window: Admin Portal, Web Services, New Enrollments, End User Portal, Cloud Extender Functions (Actions initiated from the portal UI, re-enrollments, Shared Device New user AD sign in, AD/LDAP Functions) and Admin Portal AD/LDAP Authentication.
